I wasn’t sure what to expect with this being the first year for this haunt, but I’m so glad I chose to come here! I had the VIP tickets which are definitely worth it if you’re planning on having a couple of drinks. Our mutant definitely made me feel like a VIP as we were escorted to the front of the line and the “peasants” fled our path. I loved the DJ, but I feel like maybe next year they should be setup upstairs so there’s more of a reason to chill up there. The party was definitely downstairs! As for the haunted house experience, it was great!! We got placed with another group, but there was only about 6 of us altogether, so we got all the scares - no other groups ahead of us to ruin anything. The props were amazing & so were the actors. I had such a blast! Can’t wait to see what they do for the upcoming February haunt! Thanks for such a fun night :)

A little bit different, and perhaps better, than many of the trail-based haunts in VA. Everything is indoors within a series of interlocking shipping containers. Trust me, it is better than it sounds. Walk takes about 20-30 minutes and I HIGHLY recommend paying the extra $10 or so to get to the front of the line. The line looked quite long and maybe an hour wait, but we walked right up and in thanks to the "fast pass". Some classic scares, and some ones that I had not experienced before. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the experience. Outside the main attraction are a beer garden and a food truck. Would like to see more free activities in an around the main event. No bonfires or additional attractions though there are a few scary characters walking around.

I’ve been going to haunted attractions for over 20 years and honestly this place surprised me!! I didn’t know what to expect walking in and the haunt was super scary! The actors makeup and costumes were on point and they were all so committed to their character and scaring the audience. I can’t wait to bring friends and family here next year. We can’t stop talking about how unexpectedly scary it was!!!

Went to the 11pm showing on a Friday and had an absolute blast. The actors really gave it their all, and the production value was top notch. The setting adds to the spookiness. The experience lasted longer than I expected and overall I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who's ever been interested in a haunted house.

Great haunt. Actors put in a lot of effort to ensure the scares, ambiance, and a good time. Manor can be toured, the beer garden is a nice touch. The ciders are fab. We enjoyed talking to the staff and being asked for our feedback. You can tell there is a lot of pride to put on a great show.
